All land, air and naval factories can be upgraded with Intel Installation, that greatly increases visual range and adds a weaker version of Radar Installation to that building. It is cheaper than the standard Radar Installation and can be built faster, although it does have a considerably shorter Radar/Sonar range than a usual Radar or Sonar installation.
